Terms of use

The conditions and important limitations that apply when you use NetPayKit.

Last updated: August 13, 2026

Estimates, not professional advice

NetPayKit provides general educational calculators and information. Outputs are estimates and are not tax, legal, accounting, payroll, or financial advice. They are not an official pay stub, tax return, wage determination, or guarantee of compensation.

Your responsibility

You are responsible for checking inputs, assumptions, and outputs before relying on them. Confirm material decisions with an employer, payroll provider, government agency, or qualified professional. Do not use the service to evade tax or wage obligations.

Federal-only scope

Unless a calculator expressly states otherwise, tax estimates cover selected 2026 federal items only. They exclude state and local tax, state payroll programs, employer benefits and deductions, and many special situations.

Acceptable use and intellectual property

You may use the public tools for lawful personal and business planning. You may not interfere with the service, bypass security, overload infrastructure, misrepresent outputs as official documents, or copy substantial portions of the site for republication. NetPayKit branding, original copy, and site design are protected by applicable law; government source material remains subject to its own terms.

Availability and liability

The service is provided “as is” and may change or be unavailable. To the extent permitted by law, NetPayKit disclaims warranties and liability for losses arising from use of or reliance on an estimate. Some jurisdictions do not allow every limitation, so applicable rights may vary.

Changes

We may revise these terms as the service evolves. Continued use after an updated version is posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
